Execution

Once an investor-appropriate property is identified, we work with the REALTOR® to meet her clients' terms.

We use standard AZRE forms, nonrefundable earnest money, and reputable, local title companies to close in typically 10 - 14 days.
There are no hidden fees, BINSR repairs, lengthy inspections, or other nonsense.

The property is then renovated to top-of-the-market standard for that neighborhood, so as to fulfill its intended role as a beautiful home for a beautiful family.

Fiduciary

Although no one at Hampshire Properties takes commissions, our firm is mainly comprised of Arizona licensed Real Estate Agents obligated to uphold the principles of the REALTOR® Code of Ethics. As such, we owe a fiduciary duty to our clients on both sides of each transaction. Our Institutional Investor clients on the Buyer side, and our Brokerage / REALTOR® partners on the Seller side.

It is this spirit of good faith and open communication that enables us to succeed in making sure all parties walk away happy every time.
